1. Arrival policy
The room is available from 5:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., except in case of early check-in
2. Departure policyThe room must be vacated no later than 10:00 a.m., unless late check-out (additional charges may apply).
3. Rates and payment
3.1 Payment for the stay is made according to the terms indicated at the time of booking, such as the total amount, any service charges and the applicable cancellation conditions.

A/ STANDARD RATE
All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card valid on the start date of the stay.
- A deposit of 30% of the total amount will be taken at the time of booking.
- The balance, 70% of the total amount will be taken 14 days before your arrival
- A deposit of €250 will be blocked on your bank card on the day of your arrival.
Changes
For any changes concerning the number of people, or the dates of stay, contact us directly, we will try to satisfy you according to our availability.
Cancelation
No cancellation fees apply before 6:00 p.m. (local time), up to 30 days before arrival.
Beyond this period, the amount of the reservation will be due in full.
Any cancellation made before this date will result in a refund of the payment made at the time of booking.
B/ NON-CANCELLABLE RATE
All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card valid on the start date of the stay.100% of the amount will be charged upon your reservation
A deposit of €250 will be blocked on your bank card on the day of your arrival.

No modification is possible for this price
Cancelation
Any cancellation on your part will result in cancellation fees fully payable by the traveler, with no possibility of reimbursement. Cancellation fees correspond to the total amount of the reservation.
3.2 Additional charges, such as local taxes, service charges or security deposits, may apply.
They will be clearly indicated when booking.
4. Reservation
4.1 By making a reservation on our website, you accept these general conditions of sale.
4.2 To book a stay, please provide accurate and complete information, such as your personal contact details, desired dates of stay, number of occupants, etc.

5. Traveler Responsibilities
5.1 Guests are required to follow the rules and policies of the property during their stay:
NO SMOKING, NO PETS PROHIBITED, NO EVENINGS, CHILDREN NOT ACCEPTED.
5.2 Travelers are responsible for the cleanliness and condition of the accommodation during their stay. Any damage caused to the property will be charged to the traveler.
5.3 Travelers are responsible for the security of their personal belongings. The establishment declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or damage
6 Responsibilities of the establishment

However, we cannot be held responsible for disruptions or incidents beyond our control.
